On weekdays, next-day fulfillment is available for orders before 18:00 GMT +01:00 along with free shipping on purchases over $50, £50 and €50, for orders under $50 or £50 or €50 a shipping cost of $3.95/£3.95/€3.95 is applied, Masticha gum ships from the distribution center located in the Netherlands.
- Orders over $50/£50/€50 qualify for free 4-9 business days shipping to the US, 2-4 business days to the United Kingdom, 1-4 business days to Europe.
- The processing time is 1-2 days and the delivery time is 4-8 business days to the US, 2-4 business days to the United Kingdom and 1-4 business days to Europe.
- On the weekdays, we aim to provide next-day fulfillment.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be mailed on Monday.
- Orders from Masticha Gum are always discretely shipped in packaging that is temperature-controlled.
- We offer standard shipping to US, the United Kingdom and Europe.
- Please get in touch with us if your item arrives broken, disfigured, melted, or otherwise damaged; we'll issue a full refund or accept it back with sufficient documentation.
- Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
- If your shipment is marked as delivered but nowhere to be seen, contact our support team.
- If your shipment has arrived at the country of destination but still hasn't been delivered, the customer has to contact the local postal service, as it is too hard for us to contact the local postal service.
- Packages that are lost or stolen are not Masticha Gum's responsibility. Once you give your shipment to the carrier, we have no more control over it.
